Kyrgyzstan to introduce unified system of personnel records

Bishkek, December 15 / Kabar /. The State Registration Service in collaboration with the State Personnel Service of Kyrgyzstan introduces a unified human resources management information system in state bodies within the framework of implementation of e-governance system, the press service of the State Registration System reports.

This project is based on the use of advanced information technology in solving problems of human resource management and implementation of personnel policy.

The implementation of information system is aimed at optimizing and improving the public service management efficiency by automating the processes of recording and personnel management of state bodies on the basis of a unified information platform.

The information system will form an electronic database of the personnel structure, standardize process and workflow of personnel policy, improve the efficiency of administrative decisions through the use of timely and accurate information on HR.

The system has the ability to form analytical reports on education, qualifications, age, marital status, gender, number of staff, and others.

The pilot project has been introduced in five organizations: the State Registration Service, the State Personnel Service, the State Agency for Local Self-Government and Inter-Ethnic Relations, the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan.

The introducing of the system in all public bodies will be completed by the end of 2016.
