Indian businessmen intend to enter into the energy system of Kyrgyzstan - S. Isakov

Bishkek, December 22 / Kabar /. The Indian businessmen intend to enter into the energy system of Kyrgyzstan, head of foreign policy department of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic Sapar Isakov told today during a meeting with journalists summing up the results of President Atambayev’s visit to India.

"At the moment, negotiations of the Indian businessmen with National Energy Holding of Kyrgyzstan are underway. At a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Almazbek Atambayev proposed the creation of the Kyrgyz-Indian Fund, which will support both Indian and local businessmen. Work has already begun to study the mechanisms of creation the Kyrgyz-Indian Fund. Indian businessmen, who work here in Kyrgyzstan are very happy to this and said that they waited for this visit for 20 years," Isakov said.
