Kyrgyz and Kazakh Prime Ministers discuss the issues of bilateral cooperation

 Bishkek, November 2 / Kabar /. Acting Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Zheenbekov met with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, the Kyrgyz government’s press office reports.

The meeting was held within the framework of the 15th anniversary meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to be held tomorrow, November 3, in Bishkek under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz Republic.

At the meeting, the sides discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation.

Sooronbay Zheenbekov noted that the sides had an opportunity to discuss topical issues of bilateral cooperation.

"Recent visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Erlan Abdyldaev to Kazakhstan was fruitful and important documents were signed there. Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev at the meeting with Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan said "that we need to be together, to help each other." And we support Nursultan Nazarbayev’s words," Zheenbekov said.

Prime Minister of Kazakhstan emphasized that at the last meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and the Council of CIS Heads of Government in Minsk the agreement was reached on a number of projects.

"One of the main reasons of friendly relations between our countries is the warm and brotherly relations between the two heads of state. I came by the instruction of the President, and I hope that all the issues, which are on the agenda, will be solved," Bakytzhan Sagintayev said.
