Economic agreements to be signed during Chinese Prime Minister’s visit to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, October 31 / Kabar /. Several economic agreements will be signed during Chinese Premier Li Keqiang’s visit to Kyrgyzstan, Director of the First Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Moldogaziev said today at a press conference in Kabar Agency.

He said that the Chinese Premier will arrive on November 2. During his visit he will meet with President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev and the acting Prime Minister Sooronbay Zheenbekov. "Following meetings a number of bilateral documents will be signed in the inter-agency and intergovernmental levels, aimed at improving the socio-economic level of Kyrgyzstan," Moldogaziev said.

Also, he noted that the meeting will focus on the reconstruction of the irrigation system in Kyrgyzstan and the country's export potential. The sides also will discuss the issues in the field of transport, energy and industry. In addition, there will be negotiations in the field of regional cooperation," the diplomat said and noted that at the moment they prepare documents for signature.

Further, on November 3 the Prime Minister of China will take part at the summit of the Council of Heads of Government of the SCO member states, he said.
