 SDPK faction quits the parliamentary majority coalition

Bishkek, October 24 / Kabar /. The parliamentary faction of the Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan (SDPK) left the coalition majority, deputy of the Kyrgyz Parliament from SDPK Marat Amankulov told Kabar Agency.

He said that the decision was taken today at a meeting of the faction.

"This decision was due to the fact that the political views of members of the coalition are different in some ways. We took a decision and will announce it at the plenary session, most likely, this Wednesday, October 26. From that day, the parliamentary majority coalition will be collapsed officially. The Government will be resigned automatically and ministers will become acting. Then the president will propose one the factions to form a new coalition," he explained.

The majority coalition included: the SDPK, Kyrgyzstan, Onuguu-Progress and Ata Meken factions.
