Kyrgyz and Uzbek Foreign Ministers discuss further plans of bilateral cooperation

Bishkek, September 16 / Kabar /. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Erlan Abdyldaev met on Thursday with Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.

During the meeting the sides discussed the current state and prospects of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek cooperation.

Abdyldaev and Kamilov highlighted the existence of political will and determination of the two countries' leaderships in addressing and solving the existing problems. The parties discussed further concrete steps to intensify bilateral relations aimed at step by step solution of the existing problems between the two countries based on mutual trust, respect, good neighborliness and constructive dialogue.

The parties also discussed the situation in the region and outlined further plans to establish bilateral cooperation in security, trade and economic relations, cultural-humanitarian and cross-border cooperation.
