Jordan is interested in strengthening political, economic and cultural ties with Kyrgyzstan - King Abdullah II

Bishkek, June 8 / Kabar /. Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Kuwait Zhusupbek Sharipov presented his credentials to the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Abdullah II Bin Al-Hussein on Monday, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.

His Majesty King Abdullah II welcomed the ambassador and asked him to give the best words of thanks and greetings to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev. He noted that the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is interested in strengthening the political, economic and cultural ties with Kyrgyzstan, including in the field of security and defense.

King Abdullah II stressed that he would like the opening of diplomatic missions in the capitals of the two countries in the near future. At the same time, he assured that the administration of the King, the Foreign Ministry and other state bodies of the country will fully assist in Kyrgyz Ambassador’s mission and wished successful work to the benefit of the two friendly states.

From his part, Sharipov welcomed His Majesty and conveyed greetings and best wishes of Kyrgyz President Atambayev, thanked the King for the warm welcome and the opportunity to be accredited to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

He noted that Kyrgyzstan is interested in deepening and expanding the Kyrgyz-Jordanian bilateral relations in all mutually beneficial spheres. At the same time he assured his readiness to work for the benefit of the two friendly countries and their brotherly peoples.
