Bishkek police open a criminal case against Ashim Zeynaliev for illegal doctoring

Bishkek, October 28 / Kabar /. Bishkek police opened a criminal case against Ashim Zeynaliev for illegal doctoring, deputy chief of the Bishkek police Pamir Asanov told Kabar Agency.

He said that the case was initiated on Monday, October 24.

"Zeynaliev has nor license, neither education. We took samples of drugs that he treated patients. The investigation is underway. While examining the place, we did not find any registration records. It is unclear how many people have visited this clinic, and how many have died. He said that he did not keep records. During interrogation, he said that in Bishkek, he has been renting a house in Kok-Jar for about a year. Prior to that he practiced in Jalal-Abad and produces herbal medicine," the police said.

Pamir Asanov said that under article "Illegal doctoring" criminal liability is imprisonment up to 5 years.

Recall that on 5 July ambulance recorded the death of 56-year-old woman in the private clinic in Kok-Jar. A commission was formed on this occasion consisting of representatives of the Department of Health of Bishkek city and Ministry of Health for an official investigation.

A woman died in a private medical center, where she was treated of the fourth stage breast cancer: she had surgery - mastectomy (breast amputation).
