OSCE advisory police will cooperate with Kyrgyz authorities

  KABAR, July 23. Activity of OSCE Police Advisory Group will be fulfilled in accordance with the mandate of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek under the police reform programme of OSCE Centre in Bishkek and will assist in further strengthening the capacity of militia in Kyrgyzstan, information, press and culture department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports. In the course of its activities the OSCE Police Advisory Group will be guided by principles of neutrality, impartiality, multiethnic, the consent of the host country and human rights protection in accordance with international norms and laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The OSCE Police Advisory Group will consist of 52 international representatives, including head of the Advisory Group and his assistant.
