Brother of ex-president of Kyrgyzstan detained
KABAR, July 22. As a result of special operation in the territory of Jalal-Abad oblast, brother of ex-president of K. Bakiyev – Ahmat Bakiyev has been detained on Wednesday at 23.00 f local time. The press service of the Interim Government of Kyrgyzstan reports.
This is the second relative of K. Bakiyev, who is detained. In June a nephew of the former president Sanjar Bakiyev was detained.
