 Bishkek hosts photo exhibition dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Médecins Sans Frontières in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, September 29 / Kabar /. Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) the International humanitarian organization organized in Bishkek a photo exhibition dedicated to the 10th anniversary of its activity in Kyrgyzstan.

The exhibition is open at Ala-Too square in the center of Bishkek. There are stands with photos that display the work of Médecins Sans Frontières, how they provide emergency aid to victims of armed conflicts, natural disasters, and those who do not have access to health care.

Thirty photos show moments of the daily activities of medical, logistics and administrative staff in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, North and South America as well as Europe.

“Médecins Sans Frontières thank the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic for the long-term cooperation in the last ten years; and we hope for further collaboration to improve the health of the population in need," said the head of representative office of Doctors Without Borders Asiyat Magomedova.

Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international independent medical humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance to victims of armed conflicts, natural disasters, and those who do not have access to health care. MSF assisted in 69 countries, regardless of gender, race, religious beliefs and political views.

The exhibition will last 2 weeks until mid-October 2016.
