Atambayev: "Kyrgyzstan is waiting for major changes in collaboration with India in the economic sphere"

New Delhi, Dec. 20 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan is waiting for major changes in collaboration with India in the economic sphere, President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev said today in New Delhi after a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Beginning his speech, the President thanked the Indian side for the warm reception and hospitality. "Today's visit - this is what connects the two countries.

We, Kyrgyzstan, as well as India, share the fundamental values such as human rights, freedom of speech, the rule of law and we want to make our relationship more active in economic sphere," Atambayev said.

"Our countries are linked by centuries-old history. India is famous for its achievements in the field of medicine and information technology, and we have to learn from them. We all know that the IT-specialists in India are the best specialists in this field," the President said.
