KICB comes to the stock market with the 4th Issue of Bonds

September 26, 2016 KICB will start placement of the 4th issue of 3-years corporate bonds in total amount of 150 000 000 KGS with annual return of 14%. Issue of Bonds was registered on September 16, 2016 by the State Agency for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market under the Government of KR.

Placement of the Bank’s debt securities will start on September 26, 2016 and complete on April 26, 2017. The Underwriter of the issue is Financial Company “Senti”, who has extensive experience in bonds placement of the largest companies in Kyrgyzstan

It is worth to note that income received from bond investments is tax free both for individuals and legal entities, since KICB securities were included in “Blue Chips” category of listing at the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (art.167, 189, 223 of the KR Tax Code).

If necessary, bondholders can return funds invested in KICB Bonds before maturity. Returning of funds (early redemption of Bonds) will done during 3 days after reception of application from investor in any KICB branch. Investors also can get back a part of invested amount while the rest sum will continue to work and bring additional income.

KICB is the largest Issuer and the only bank in the Kyrgyz Republic, which issues corporate bonds. Since 2013, the Bank successfully placed 3 issues of securities for a total amount of 450 million som. More than 800 individuals and legal entities have already become investors of KICB, including foreign investors, representatives of the financial sector of Kyrgyzstan and a major international financial institution - the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank CJSCwas founded in 2001. The authorized capital of the Bank as for 30.06.2016 was USD 17.5 million. KICB takes 1st place in the size of authorized capital and assets among the commercial banks in Kyrgyzstan. The KICB shareholders are the Kyrgyz Republic (10%) and word famous financial institution (90%): the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the International Financial Corporation (IFC), the German Investment and Development Company (DEG), the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED) and the Habib Bank Limited (HBL). The three of the said shareholders have the highest credit rating ААА/аааof the international rating agencies.
